Theodorus HAAKMAN

HAAKMAN, Theodorus "Dirk" Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of the late Maria (nee Beumer). Loving father of Gerald (Rita) and cherished Opa of Terry (Sladjana) and Kristina. He will be sadly missed by his great-grandsons Caleb and Evan, and their mother Jennifer, as well as his siblings and many nieces and nephews in Canada and in Holland. The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans, on Sunday, November 8, from 2-5 p.m. and on Monday, November 9, as of 10 a.m. A ceremony in his memory will follow in the Heritage Chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
