McKISSOCK, William Craig (Bill) 1938 - 2009 Suddenly at home in Okanagan Falls, B.C. after a brief illness, at the age of 71. Loving partner to Joanne Grimaldi. Predeceased by daughter Shelley. Survived by Margo McKissock (nee Craig), daughters Victoria Murphy (Lee), Sandy Finnigan (Peter), and Tracey McDonald (Terry Sametz), and sister Norma Cooper. Papa to Sarah, Sean, Ted, Liam and Emma. Uncle to Blair Mayes (Kathi), Pat Clements (Arthur), Bill Craig (Cathy), Kathy Dodson (Al), and Julie Craig. Bill will be missed by an extended group of family, friends and colleagues across Canada and around the world. Proud member of Canada Customs for 35 years, and founding Inspector of Ottawa's detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) Auxiliary for 14 years, Bill had a widespread international network of policing colleagues and friends. In his retirement, alongside Joanne, Bill was an engaged and active community volunteer in and around the Penticton area. Respecting Bill's wishes, there will be no service.
