Onstad, Jack Late of Weyburn, SK passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the age of 76 years. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from Grace United Church, Weyburn, SK with Reverend M. Barnabas officiating. Interment to take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Donations may be made in memory of Jack to the Allan Blair Cancer Clinic, Regina, Saskatchewan.
