Eva Grace HUGHES

DYCK Eva Grace, nee Hughes On October 30, 2009 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Peter Abram Dyck, June 2000 and son in law Mike Norris, August 2004. Survived by her daughter Mary Norris of Ottawa, Ont., son Bill Dyck (Jenny) of Papamoa Beach New Zealand, Grandchildren Jerry (Tanya) Black, Jeffery Black (Julie), Adam (Jenna), Matthew (Donna) and Sarah Dyck, Gregory Norris, Lisa Norris (Jonathan), and Great Grandchildren Ethan and Jacob Black. "Granny", as she was affectionately known, was born in Simpson, Saskatchewan in 1917 but lived most her life in New Westminster. She was a wonderful mother, grandparent, auntie, and special person to all that had the pleasure of knowing her for her amazing sense of humour, stories, and love of life. Granny will be sadly missed, but happily remembered by all. She was a long time member of St. Barnabas Evening Circle, the Royal Columbian Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association and of the Central Fraser Valley Branch of FSNA. Cremation will be followed by inurnment in St. Barnabas Columbarium, New Westminster, BC. Published in the Vancouver Sun and/or The Province from 11/7/2009 - 11/8/2009
