MOORE, Jacqueline Helen Rose We are devastated to announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved daughter, sister and aunt on November 4, 2009 in Charleston, Illinois. Cherished daughter of Rosemarie Gignac and William Moore. Beloved sister of Eddie and Steph. Devoted aunt of Kiana. Loving granddaughter of the late Eveline Gignac (2007). Jackie will be missed by a host of dear aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, players, colleagues, and her sisters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Jackie was intelligent, vibrant, and fun-loving. A treasure and joy to those who knew her. She excelled in many areas, including basketball, track and field, dance and singing. Jackie's lifelong passion and enthusiasm of sports led her around the world, touching the lives of those she came in contact with. As a mentor, she leaves a legacy of inspiration and guidance to help others achieve their goals and dreams. In kindness, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Visiting Thursday 3-5, 7-9 p.m. Friday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (519-969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. Visiting will continue at Herman Secondary High School (1930 Rossini Str.) on Saturday from11 a.m. until time of Celebration of Life at 12 noon.
