SCADE, Bev (nee Nykolyn) February 4, 1954 - November 5, 2009 Bev Scade was a beloved wife, mother to many, family to more, and a friend to all. She taught us to live with love and to cherish those around us. Her greatest passion in life was her family and her friends. "Good Food, Good Drink, and Great Friends" was the motto she lived by. On November 5th, 2009, Beverly Anne Scade of Edmonton, AB, passed away at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her husband of 35 years Gordon: her son Shaun and his fiancee Stephanie: daughter Tara and her husband Neil: and her daughter Kristina. Bev is also survived by her mother Nadia, father-in-law Tom, brother Daniel and Karen, sister Tricia and Mark, her niece Alexa and nephew Jack, and numerous close cousins. She was predeceased by her father Alex and mother-in-law Christine. Bev was a bookkeeper and office manager for a variety of companies. She was also the Executive Administrator for the Professional Photographers of Canada - Alberta. Beverly's influence spread far throughout the photography community where she will be missed dearly. Her smile and laugh will be etched in our minds forever, so shed a tear, grab a hug, and live your life truly, for yourself, and for Bev. There will be a Prayer Service Monday night at 7:00 p.m., and the funeral will take place Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., both at the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of St. John - 10951 - 107 Street.
