CARRUTHERS, Sandra It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the age of fifty-seven, after a long battle with cancer. Beloved partner to Linda and loving mother of Errlee (Eric Lay), grandmother to Duncan, Graeme and Malcolm. Sandra will also be missed by her sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and many friends. A memorial service to be held at a later date. For those wishing, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated. Our thanks go out to the doctors and nurses at the Ottawa Heart Insitute for their kindness, care and compassion.
