HUDACEK, Diane (nee Poulter) With heartfelt sadness we say goodbye to our dearest sister who passed away suddenly at the age of 66 on November 7, 2009. Predeceased by her husband Don (June 2008) and her parents Ken & Bernice Poulter. Survived by her best friend and sister Patricia Toal & husband Dave (Kingsville), brother-in-law Frank Hudacek (Windsor) and several nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Tawil, Emergency and ICU at Leamington District Memorial Hospital for their wonderful care. Diane, we cannot describe how much we will miss the joy of your smile and warmth of your embrace. Memorial donations in the name of Diane may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Leamington District Memorial Hospital Foundation. At Diane's request, there will be no visitation.
