ORSHINSKY, Patricia Carolyn (Patt) Passed away peacefully on November 7, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Loving wife to Stan, with whom she celebrated 57 years of marriage. Cherished mom to Brian, Dave and wife Nada, Michael and wife Lisa, and Scott Orshinsky. Precious grandma to Ryan and Katelynn, Nicholas, Alexander and Matthew, Emily and Paige. Dear sister to Jack and wife Sandy Muma. Beloved aunt to Jody and husband Jamie Lamb, Brad and wife Kristine Muma and great aunt to Brooke and Keelin Lamb, Samantha and Kaicey Muma. Patt will be missed by her many friends and neighbours. Patt was always so proud and supportive of her sons and grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the CNIB would be appreciated by the family. Cremation has taken place.
