BISHOP, William "Bill" Robert Retired Ottawa Police Sergeant Of Tobermory, in his 65th year, after a courageous and good-humoured battle, passed with family and friends at his side in London on Sunday, November 8th, 2009. Forever missed by his wife and childhood sweetheart of 50 years Judith "Judy" Anne Bishop (nee Atmore); his father Walter Raymond Bishop and the late Elizabeth Ruth (nee Thibodeau); and sister Janice Marie Primeau (husband William). He leaves behind a loving legacy as dad to daughter Arlene Bishop and son William Brent Bishop (wife Bren); and Papa to Jordan, Owen, Donavan, Jenna, Alyssa, Bryson, and Hayden; and a large extended family and lifelong friends everywhere. Predeceased by brother Patrick Raymond Bishop. Family invite friends to gather for a Celebration of Life Service at the Tobermory United Church on Thursday, November 12th, 2009 at 2 o'clock. Rev. Susan Shantz officiating. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Tobermory Health Clinic Auxiliary would be appreciated. Funeral plans arranged at the Thomas C.
