Lucille MCQUADE

MUIR, Lucille (Kit) Peacefully Monday, November 9, 2009 in hospital, just shy of her 94th birthday. Mother of Andrew (Suzanne) of Ottawa, Thomas (Carolyn) of Waterford, and Linda (Peter) of Toronto. Grandmother of six lovely granddaughters Laura Craig (Michael), Susan Kuck (Wolfgang), Chantale Cameron (David), Kathryn, Natalie and Abby Muir, one fine grandson, David Craig and five great grandchildren. Predeceased by an infant son, husband Andrew T. Muir of Ottawa, father Honorable Francis McQuade and mother Lucille of New York, New York. Also predeceased by her sister Helen Eagan of New Jersey and her brother Arthur McQuade of Maine and California. Lucille and her family wish to thank most sincerely the friendly and kind staff of the Ottawa Grace Manor where Lucille had many friends and was very comfortable and the staff of the Civic Hospital. A small reception celebrating Lucille's Life will be held at the Manor, 1156 Wellington Street, Ottawa on Saturday at 2 p.m. for family and friends.
