BURNS, Adele Ruth (nee Miskell) January 16, 1939 - November 10, 2009 Passed away after a struggle with esophageal cancer. Mother of Alan Burns (Cathy), Laurie Dulmage (Derrick), Cameron Burns and Tracey Burns. Grandmother of Ryan and Kyle Dulmage, Aaron Burns, Nikki Littleton, Jodie Mohr and Corie Mohr. Great grandmother of Audrey Brown. Sister of Barrie (Nancy), Ross, the late Sharon and Margaret. Daughter of the late Ruth and Wib Miskell. Special thank you to Dr. Leahy and his staff, her nurse Doreen, Kemptville District Hospital, Dr. Michael O'Dell and the staff of 6NW at the Ottawa General Hospital.
