Hilda Lucille RIGNEY

MAIN-Hilda Lucille (Sally) Main, Lakeside Nursing Home, Wolseley and formerly of Fort Qu'Appelle and Lipton, SK., passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22, 2008 in the Wolseley Memorial Union Hospital. Sally was born on January 29, 1913 in Fourways, AB., the family moved to Summerberry, SK. where she met Arnold Main, they married in Summerberry in 1938 and moved to Lipton when Arnie joined the army. They and their children Gerald, Marjorie and Wesley moved to the Fort San Road in 1957 and then to Fort Qu'Appelle in 1978. Sally was predeceased by her husband Arnie in 1994, son Gerald in 1997 and daughter, Marjorie Punt in 2002, her parents; William and Frances Rigney, three sisters: Alva and Hazel Rigney and Lorene Smith, two brothers; Orville and Bill Rigney, Sally is survived by one son Wes Main, Fort Qu'Appelle, seven grand children and her great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held in St. Andrew's United Church, Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Sharron Bodnaryk officiating.
