FURTADO, Maria - Peacefully, on Sunday November 1, 2009, with her family at her side at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Roger Furtado. Loving mother of Connie Cordeiro (John) and Roger Furtado (Mary). Cherished grandmother of Danny Cordeiro (Lisa), Lorie Roy (Denis) and Steven Furtado. Proud great-grandmother of Nathan Cordeiro and Noah Roy. Sadly missed by relatives and friends. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at the Stem Cell Unit and Connell 9. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOMES, 49 Colborne Street (at Clergy) on Monday November 2, 2009, between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to be held at Holy Family Church (200 Weller Ave) on Tuesday November 3, 2009 at 11 am.
