MACKIE, Mary Cairine (nee Matthews) - Peacefully at Providence Manor on Thursday November 5, 2009 in her 80th. year. Beloved wife of Dr. Kenneth Wm. Mackie, Kingston. Loving mother of: David (Joane Bérubé), Calgary; Stewart (Meena), Kingston and John (Karen Barletta), Jacksonville, Florida. Sadly missed by her grandchildren: Elise, Claire, Philip, Jena, Jay & Emma. Survived by her sister Amy Truscott, Toronto. Predeceased by her brother Ken. The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME - Kingston Chapel (980 Collins Bay Road at Taylor Kidd Blvd, Kingston, K7M 5H2 (613- 634-3722) on Saturday November 21, 2009 from 1 - 2 p.m followed by a Celebration of Mary's Life in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations by cheque to the Providence Manor would be appreciated by the family.
