SPROULE, Lance - At the C.E.E. Hospital of Bluewater Health, Petrolia, on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. LANCE SPROULE, 66 years, of Petrolia. Loving husband of Shirley Grexton. Lance will be missed by his children, Jim Sproule and Lisa and Doug Windover, all of Sarnia and his step children, Valerie and Gary Rochon of Sarnia, Tim and Bonnie Grexton of West Lorne, and Dwayne Grexton of Petrolia. Loving grandfather of Kenny Sproule, Joey Windover, Chelsey and Connor Grexton, Desarae and Anthony Grexton, and Cecelia Rochon. Dear brother of Bill and Sam Wheeler of Courtright, Shirley and Craig Miller of Brigden, Sandra and Mel Broad of Sombra, John and Marg Wheeler of Woodstock, Clifford Lambert of Windsor and the late Evelyn and Pepper James. Lance was predeceased by his father, Melvin Sproule and his parents Gertrude and Howard Wheeler. Visitors will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia, where a funeral to celebrate Lance's life will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev Dr. Robert M. Gibson officiating. Interment in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the C.E.E.
