CHAMBERS, Trevor - Passed away peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital on December 22, 2008 surrounded by his loving family. Trevor will be dearly missed by his daughters Bobbetta, Marie (Terry), Nadine, his grandchildren Keriane, Natalie, Dwayne, Natasha, Jada and Gwayne. Trevor also leaves behind his brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and his many family and friends. A celebration of Trevor's life will be held at the GIFFEN-MACK DANFORTH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE, 2570 Danforth Ave. (at Main St. subway station) 416-698-3121, on Friday January 2, 2009 from 10-11 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the GIFFEN-MACK Chapel at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
