WILLIAM JOHN PANKHURST (WWII Veteran Queen's Own Rifles, Manager of TD Bank) Passed away November 7, 2009 at Sunnybrook Veterans Wing at age 97. Beloved husband of Catherine (Kay Jones). Dear father of David and Alan. Brother of the late Arthur and Norman. Friends may call at the Murray E. Newbigging Funeral Home, 733 Mt. Pleasant Road, (south of Eglinton Ave.) on Thursday from 3-6 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Augustine of Canterbury Anglican Church, 1847 Bayview Ave. on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery.
