SCOTT, Nathaniel (Nat) - Nathaniel Seton Scott, of Toronto, died peacefully on November 8, 2009. Nathaniel was born March 8, 1926, in Aldershot, Ontario. After graduating from Burlington High School he earned a degree in mining engineering from the University of Toronto. He is survived by his wife, Betty Scott of Toronto, ON; sons Blair (Vicki) Scott of Thunder Bay, ON, Drew (Jayne) Scott of Scarborough, ON ME USA, Darcy (Adrienne) Scott of Edmonton, AB; five grandchildren; one great- grandchild; brother Buck (Jean) Scott of Collingwood; sister Pat (Derek) Chase of Ottawa; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, R. Linnaeus Scott and mother, Marjorie B. Scott. A memorial service for Mr. Nathaniel Scott will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Thunder Bay at 11 a.m. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada are encouraged.
