McLARTY, Reverend Kathryn Elizabeth, B.S.C., M.DIV. - Rector of St. Alban's Anglican Church, Peterborough The Reverend Kate died peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, in her 51st year. Loving mother of Nicholas McLarty. Cherished daughter of the late Reverend Canon R.C. Brown and Pauline Brown. 'Little Big' sister of Michael Brown and his wife Kate of Oakville and their children Emily, Wesley and Madison. Will be sadly missed by best friend and former husband Robert McLarty of Mississauga; mother-in-law Elizabeth Brown (late Donald) of Burlington; sisters and brothers-in-law and her many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough (705-745-4683), on Sunday, November 15, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at ST. LUKE'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, 566 Armour Road, Peterborough on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. The Right Reverend Linda Nicholls, Bishop of Trent Durham will officiate.
