PORTER, Mae (nee Gilmore)- (January 19, 1952 - October 31, 2009) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mae Porter. Beloved wife to Steven Holtom and loving mother to Wil and Carrie. Predeceased by her mother Pearl Edna Middleton, father John Howard Gilmore and brother Howard Leonard Gilmore. She was loved by many siblings: Clifford Gilmore, Robert Ernest Gilmore, Carolyn Schweer and Beverley Anne Oake. Mae leaves behind a legacy of love and gracious living. She will be missed tremendously by her families, co-workers and neighbours alike. Friends may be received at the Pine Hills Visitation Chapel and Reception Centre at 625 Birchmount Road (at St. Clair). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 from 6-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 from The Pine Hills Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment to follow.
