DERRETT, Walter Henry - (Born December 17, 1921 Winnipeg) It is with great sadness and fond memories that we announce the passing of Walter Derrett on November 4, 2009 in Toronto. The loving husband of Irene Derrett of 61 years, devoted friend and father to his children Gregg (Karen) and Kelley; grandfather to Logan and Cameron; and a revered uncle and great-uncle to many. Loved by all who knew him for his humour, kindness and generosity. A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, December 27th, 2-5 p.m., at the Windfield Terrace, 1210 Don Mills Road.
