LANGDON, Anthony James 'Tony' - Peacefully, surrounded by family, on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Credit Valley Hospital, at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Rita. Loving father of Jane and her husband Kerry of Bradenton, Florida, Mark and his wife Sharon of Saskatoon and Peter and his wife Diane of Burlington. Dear granddad to Aaron, Andrea, Steven, Kelly, Carli, Cassi and Blake. Served in the Royal Air Force from 1948 to 1950. Tony and Rita emigrated from England to Canada in 1957. As a technical illustrator, worked on the Avro Arrow project. Spent many years at Atomic Energy of Canada as an illustrator and manager. Tony enjoyed playing golf for many years at Credit Valley Golf Club. According to Tony's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Tony's life will take place at the Family home, 1440 Seaview Dr., Mississauga, on Sunday, November 15, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in Tony's memory are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.
