MUUL, Heljo - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vanaema Heljo on November 12, 2009 and it is with love and pride that we celebrate her life. Even though she battled many illnesses for many years, she stayed true to her character of being a kind, generous and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, relative and friend. It was with determination that she held on after the passing of her husband Roland in April, to be at her grandaughter Lianna's wedding in May and to be here when her grandson Mik returned from his cross Canada bike ride in October. She will forever be remembered by her daughters Tiina and Katrin; their husbands Sean and Ain; her grandchildren Lianna and Mihkel and Lianna's husband Jon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Published in the Toronto Star on November 14, 2009
