RATHWELL, Mark C'est avec une profonde tristesse que nous vous avisons du décès de Mark Rathwell, le 4 novembre 2009. Mark nous a quittés avec courage et sérénité après une lutte contre le cancer. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Isabelle Turgeon, ses filles Emilie et Sophie, son père Keith (Gail Sykes), sa soeur Sherry (Chris Phelan), ses frères Dale (Johanne) et Andrew (Jeneen), ses neuf neveux et nièces, ses beaux-parents et de nombreux amis. Sa mère, Sandra Parker, a prédécédé Mark. Les mots ne peuvent pas exprimer notre profonde tristesse ni notre gratitude envers tous ceux dont l'amour et l'amitié ont soutenu Mark et sa famille pendant sa vie et qui continuent de nous soutenir. Les funérailles auront lieu le dimanche, 15 novembre 2009, à 14 h à Arundel, à l'Église Anglicane Grace. Étant un athlète passionné, au lieu de fleurs, Mark apprécierait sans doute un don à Alpine Canada Alpin ou à la Fondation de bourses d'études Pat Fletcher. Beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle, son-in-law, brother-in-law and great friend, Mark will be tremendously missed by his wife Isabelle Turgeon, his daughters Emilie and Sophie, his father Keith (Gail Sykes), his siblings Sherry (Chris Phelan), Dale (Johanne) and Andrew (Jeneen), his nine nieces and nephews, as well as his in-laws and many friends. Mark's mother, Sandra Parker, predeceased him. Words cannot express our sadness in losing Mark nor our gratitude for all those who provided and are still providing love, comfort and assistance to Mark and his family. Mark's funeral will take place on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Grace Anglican Church, in Arundel. As a passionate athlete, in lieu of flowers, Mark would no doubt appreciate that donations be made to the Alpine Canada Alpin or the Pat Fletcher Scholarship Foundation.
