HOUTBY, Neil Albert, On December 22, 2004, in Lillooet, B.C. at the age of 53. Beloved husband of Gina. Dear father of Tracy and grandfather of Shelby. Dearly loved son of Albert (Al) and Barbara Houtby. Forever loved and greatly missed by Mom and D ad and family and friends in Niagara, Florida and British Columbia.
