Mr. Brian "Perky" Perkins May 18, 1954 - November 05, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Glenwood Funeral Home PERKINS, Brian (Perky) On November 5, 2004 Mr. Brian Perkins of Edmonton passed away suddenly at the age of 50. He is lovingly remembered by his children; Tyler Perkins and Brianne Perkins both of Vernon, BC, his parents Mary and Joseph, his sister Debrah (Jim) Zalusky and their son Mark, brothers; Thomas, Matthew (Colleen) and their children Noah & Emily, as well as numerous relatives and friends. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, south of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Edmonton SPCA.
