DURANCEAU, Leo – at the Cornwall Hospice on Sunday, January 10, 2010. Leo Adolphus Duranceau (Music Teacher in Cornwall area for the last 30 + ) of Cornwall ; at the age 71 years. Loving companion of Betty. Loving father of Elvis Duranceau (Linda Leger) of Cornwall, ON, Raoul Duranceau of Lancaster, ON, Celine Rochon (Richard) of Newington, ON and Diana Duranceau of Montreal, PQ. Cherished grandfather of Austin, Amanda-Rose, Joseph, Spencer, Emerald, Melissa, Crystal, Joey, Michael, Jessie, Claude, Angel, Thomas, Kasandra and Oceana and great-grandfather of Riley, Dynasty and Oceana. Beloved son of the late Raoul Duranceau and the late Rosina Duranceau. Dear brother of Mary Brunet (Emile) of Cornwall. Predeceased by one brother, Albert Duranceau (Denise). Leo will be sadly missed by many of his successful and talented students. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 9 a.m. Friday. Funeral Friday, January 15, 2010 for Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Sacrament Church at 11 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 9 a.m until the time of Funeral on Friday.
