LACROIX (nee Lemieux), Marie Alice - Passed away peacefully at home in Blind River, on November 30, 2004 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Réné Lacroix. Dear daughter of the late Pierre Lemieux and Helene Berthelot. Dear mother of Delina Lacroix and Reina Lacroix of Blind River and Denis (Helene) of Ste. Jerome, Québec. Loving grandmother of Donald (Mary) and Rick (Leeann) of Blind River, Vickie (Craig) of Hanmer, Denise (Franco), Suzanne (Luc), Marc (Mytia), Lynda (Ben), and Michelle. Cherished great grandmother of Donald, Kattie, Neesa, Vanessa, Gianni and Carelle. Loving great great grandmother of Charles-Olivier, Mayka and Jay. Dear sister of Helene, Delisca and Elizabeth of Blind River, Anna of Sudbury, Catherine of Espanola, Muriel of Bobcagen and the late Cecile, Lucille, Rita, Pauline and Hervé. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by special friends Marie Cyr and Margaret Lacroix. A funeral service will be held following cremation Saturday, December 4, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at Paroisse Ste. Famille, Blind River with Sr. Bernadette Paquette officiating. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Blind River. Many thanks to Dr. Bradford, The Red Cross, Sharon Olden, Muriel Gibson, and everyone else who helped out during her long illness.
