McPHERSON, William Joseph (Bill) - At the Sault Area Hospital (General) on Tuesday, November 30, 2004. William Joseph (Bill) McPherson, who was born in Sault Ste. Marie on August 3, 1928. Dearly loved husband of Elsie Jean McPherson and beloved father of Paula Welton (Robert), Kathryn McGuire (Steve), Patricia Gombola (Robert) and Eileen McPherson (Shawn Rippon). Cherished Papa to Robert and Kristen Trembinski, Patrick and Suzanne McGuire and Shannon Gombola. Son of the late William and Eva McPherson and brother of the late Martin J. McPherson (Catherine). Bill is also survived by many nieces and nephews. At the family's request there will be no visitation. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Blessed Sacrament Church, Cathcart St., on Friday, December 3, 2004 for a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Roy McParland officiating. Donations to Sault Area Hospital Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. He filled our lives with joy and love and he will be missed by all.
