Maxine Thompson KEDGWICK RIVER, NB - Maxine Thompson, wife of George Elmer Thompson, of Kedgwick River, NB passed away on March 14, 2004 at the Edmundston Regional Hospital at the age of 72 years. Born in Mann's Settlement, P.Q., on October 3, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Albert Irvine and late Rhena Irvine. She is survived by her husband, George Elmer Thompson; daughter, Brenda Thompson (Brian Bessey) of Riverview, NB; two sons, David Thompson of Victoria, BC, Kerry (Marjorie Chamberlain) of Kedgwick River; four grandchildren, Bonnie Thompson, Meridith Bessey, Cameron Bessey, Graeme Bessey; two brothers, William E. Irvine of Campbellton, Daryl T. Irvine of Campbellton. The Funeral will be held at Maher's Funeral Chapel, Campbellton on Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wendell Gregan officiating.
