PAONESSA, Saverio - It is with the greatest sorrow that we announce the passing of Saverio Paonessa in Tiriolo, Italy on Wed. Dec. 29, 2004 at the age of 100. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Nunziata Tavano Paonessa, he will be sadly missed by his four daughters: Maria Paonessa (Frank) of Niagara Falls, Giuseppina Muraca (Gregorio), Rosa Gallelli (late Nicola) of Toronto and Antonietta Rotella (Vittorio) of Tiriolo, Italy. He will also be missed by his 11 grandchildren and their families and 21 great grandchildren. Burial has taken place in Gimigliano, Italy. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 at 6 p.m. at St. Ann's Church, Buchanan Ave., Niagara Falls. - 1/7/2005 - ID5482501
