SANTOS, Antonio November 2, 1945 - May 7, 2004 In loving memory of my dear husband and father. This month comes with deep regret. Because it brings back a day we will never forget. You fell asleep without saying goodbye, But wonderful memories of you will never die. We cannot bring back the old days when we were all together, But loving thoughts and happy memories of days gone by will be with us forever. In our lonely hours of thinking, Thoughts of you are always near, You're no longer with us, But you're always in our hearts, A proud true Portuguese. You lived your life with truth and dignity, Like many men you left your home, And travelled across the sea, But in your mind on the Portuguese shores is where you longed to be. To where the badge of Portugal for all to see. The love and care you gave to us, Your smiles, your whit your grace, And the love in your heart, You can never be replaced. Your days with us has passed us by, The wonderful memories remain, We think about you all the time, Things will never be the same.
