ALLAN SPOON It is with great sadness that the family of Allan Spoon announce his passing on July 3, 2004 in Toronto, Ont. He was born Jan. 21, 1956 in Atikokan, Ont. Allan is survived by his two loving sons and their mother, Mary of Atikokan, Jason (Celina) of Kenora, Ont., and Kevin (Kim) of Gabriel Island, B.C.; and granddaughter, Meadow. Also surviving is his brother, Jerry, of Vancouver, B.C.; sister, Margaret, of Thunder Bay, Ont.; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles in Toronto, Ont., Thunder Bay, Ont., and Vancouver, B.C. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, George and Norman; and sisters, Frances and Martha. A traditional burial service will be held Tuesday, July 13, 2004 in the afternoon at the Seine River First Nation band office. Elder Gilbert Smith will officiate, followed by interment in the Seine River First Nation Cemetery. A wake will be held Monday, July 12, 2004 from 3 p.m. at the Seine River First Nation band office.
