WILLIAM ARTHUR PARFITT Bill Parfitt was born March 11, 1926, in Keewatin, Ontario and died October 14, 2004 at the Ottawa General Hospital. Thanks to God, he was able to have his son Dan, daughter-in-law Paula and grandson Ian at his side. He was predeceased by his wife Frances in 1972 and his brothers Fred and David. Surviving are sons Dan (Paula), Fort Frances, Ont., Don (Helen), Kenora, Ont., Raymond (Carrie Lynn), Cold Lake, Alberta and loving daughter Geraldine, Sioux Lookout, Ont.; sister Betty and brother Robert; grandson Ian; granddaughters Dana, Hannah and Jennifer; great grandchildren Antonio and Ariella. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service was held in Kenora, Ont. In remembrance, contributions to La Verendrye Hospital, Fort Frances, Ont., would be appreciated.
