ARMITAGE, Christina "Margaret". At the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, July 19, 1998 in her seventy-first year. Beloved wife of Richard Herbert Armitage. Loving mother of David and his wife Linda, Wendy and her husband Ian MacPherson, and Geoffrey and his wife Maggie. Devoted grandmother of Pamela, Leanne, Michael, Brian, Jaclyn and Kevin. She is survived by her sister Helen Leigh of Montreal, Quebec. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford, on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1 p.m. Following her wishes, cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Brantford General Hospital would be appreciated. A tree will be planted G for Margaret in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
