AKAZAWA, Tatsuko (nee Kitamura). Peacefully passed away at the Royal Victoria Hospital on August 4, 1998 after a two year battle with lung cancer at the age of fifty-eight. She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Richard H. Akazawa, her three children Naomi, Jamieson and Brenda (Eugene Maikawa) and grandchildren Steven and Amy. Buddhist Wake Service will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, August 7 at Armstrong Funeral Homes, Rideau Chapel, 4275 Sources Blvd., D.D.O., 685-3344. Private funeral service on Saturday at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial donations to the Royal Victoria Hospital Nursing Department, 687 Pine Avenue West, Montreal, H3A 1A1, Fund #9241 for the Palliative Care Unit or Oncology Day Center Nursing Department would be appreciated.
