BELLOK, Theresa (nee Eisenbacker). Died peacefully at the Henri Bradet Center, on August 5, 1998, in her ninety-sixth year. A memorial service will be held at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex Chapel, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, 279-7358, on Friday, August 14 at 10 a.m., followed by a burial. Many thanks to the staff of the center for their caring and compassion.
