NEWLANDS, Karen (nee ROSS) Suddenly at her home in Calgary, Alberta on August 30, 2004, Karen Irene Ross, in her 55th year. Beloved wife of Robert Newlands. Devoted mother of Chris, and Mindy (Philip), and cherished Grandma of Mellissa and Rookie. Predeceased by her parents James (Jim) Ross and Ruth Johnson. Survived by sister Dawn Loyst (Reg) of Peterborough; brother; Brian (Loren), Alberta; Wayne (Anne-Marie), Calgary; David (Cindy), North Bay. Loving Aunt to Lesley (Clinton), Michelle and Cam eron (Lisa); Ashley and Amanda; Adam (Justine) and James. Special friend to Ron, Annie and Pam. A graveside service will be held on the evening of September 7, 2004 at Wilton Cemetery at 6:30 p.m. A life celebration will follow at St. Alban's Anglica n Church, 67 Main Street, Odessa.
