HANNAFORD, Ruth Frances At the Kingston General Hospital on Sunday, September 19, 2004, in her 97th year. Born in Coaticook, Quebec, Ruth spent most of her life in Montreal, before retiring to Kingston. Beloved wife of the late Phillips Maitland Hann aford. Loving mother of Phillips Roy of Gainseville, Georgia; Edward Maitland of Bainsville, Ontario; Joan Angela of both Kingston and Atlanta; Georgia and Robert Akhurst, also of Bainsville, Ontario. Proud grandmother of Mary, Phillip, Sheryll, Pete r, Bruce, Carol, James, Michael, Heather, Richard, Tara, Tracy and Mark and great grandmother of James, Jessica, Nina, Benjamin, Mariah, Alexis and Renee. Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel (Counter Street at Highway 2) on Tuesd ay, September 21, 2004 from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 3 p.m. The Reverend Bruce Sweet officiating. Cremation with a private inurnment at Cataraqui Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Kingston Regional Ca ncer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
