LEDUC, Donald Emile "Pa" Kind Hearted, Storyteller, Tinkerer It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Donald Leduc on September 18, 2004 at Kingston General Hospital. Don is the loving father of Renee (Ottawa), Andree (Mont real), Emilie (Montreal), and Chantale (Sudbury). He is the dear and cherished son of Adele and Adrien Leduc (Timmins). Also left to mourn his sister Sylvia Barrette (Mark) of Timmins and his brother Marcel (Lynne) of North Bay. Don is also survived by his grandmother Adrienne Girouard of Timmins. He will always be missed by his Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Donald was employed as an Nuclear medicine technologist at KGH for 27 years. He was deeply involved in the Kingston community serving as president of the Groupe Scouts Premier Frontenac de Kingston. He was a member of the Optimist Club, and also served on the committee of Saint Jean-Baptiste; he was active in his church, St. Francois d'Assise, and especially enjoyed singin g in the choir. Don loved trying to fix things, listening to the Beatles and working on his cars especially his Cadillac. Those close to him knew him as a loving, caring and devoted father to his daughters. He was a man very generous with his time to his friends and family. His smile and laughter will live forever in our hearts. Rest in peace. Friends will be received at the Central Chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes, 49 Colborne St. (at Clergy) on Monday between the hours of 6-9 p.m . Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at Saint Francois d'Assise Tuesday at 10 a.m. Cremation. Rite of Committal in Timmins. A memorial service will be held in his home town of Timmins at a later date. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers, m ay be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. IN THE CARE OF THE GORDON F.
