Frederick Alfred SMITH

SMITH, Frederick Alfred Canadian Military (Korea) 1951-1974 D.N.D. (Petawawa) 1974-1993 Peacefully in his 72nd year at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on September 22, 2004, surrounded by his family. Husband of first marriage to the late Janet Smith. He le aves behind his devoted wife, Arlene; children Gail Brierley (Al), Bonnie Korres (Manoli), Michael Smith (Terry), stepdaughter Lorraine Keller, predeceased by daughter Wanda. Survived by brother Joe, predeceased by brothers Michael and Thomas, and si ster, Helen Veronica (Bonnie). Also survived by seven grandchildren (Lisa, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Yoryeia, Nikiforos, Tracy and Krista), and four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. No visitation, cremation followed be a private family servi ce in Eganville. Interment in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, Deseronto.
