BOCHURZYNSKI Adam. After a lengthy illness on September 21, 1998 at the age of sixty-two years. Survived by his beloved Helen, dear father of Robert (Helena), dear brother of Zula (Henry Walczak) and Sofia. Visitation at Centre Funeraire Cote Des Neiges, 4525 Cote Des Neiges, Montreal, 342-8000. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25, 1998 at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church thence to Notre Dame Des Neiges Cemetery. Visitation Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Victorian Order of Nurses or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
