WOOD Walter-Frank. Born October 8, 1919, a veteran of WWII served with the C.I.C. in the rank of Captain, died peacefully at the Montreal General Hospital on September 21, 1998. He leaves to mourn his devoted wife Dorothea Allan Wood, his children Richard (Kathryn), Colin (Jane), Michael (Diane), and his cherished grandchildren Tyler, Jeremy and Alycia. He also leaves to mourn his sister-in-law Jean Baird, nephew Wayne Baird, niece Holly Barkman and many close friends. Resting at Urgel Bourgie Chapel, 816 St. Croix, Ville St. Laurent. Visitation Thursday 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, September 25, 1998 followed by a reception at the same location. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice will be appreciated. Walter will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
