HABERMEHL, Donald Ray Passed away at his residence November 1, 2004 in Kingston, Don was in his 69th year. Beloved brother of Donna Kurtz and husband Henry of Claresholm, Alberta, Len Habermehl and wife Joan of Waterloo and Wayne Habermehl of Fort Ma cleod, Alberta, along with his niece and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Mearl McLeod in childhood, his parents Bill and Lydia Habermehl and two brothers Roy Habermehl and Frank Habermehl. Don was a military man, serving in the Canadian Navy and A rmy and was decorated for his peace keeping service with the UN. In later years, he was a commissionaire at the Canadian Forces Base Kingston. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 4 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral chapel at the James Reid Funeral Home, 900 Counter St., Kingston. Interment will be in Cambridge. Expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
