REEVE Ronald-Ernest. The Rev. Dr. Canon Ronald E.; Professor Emeritus Bishop's University, B.A., M.A., Ph.D. (Oxon), R.A.F. Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, September 23, 1998 in his seventy-seventh year. Beloved husband of Valentine (Moore) Reeve formerly of Quebec City. Loving father of Simon (Joan Hunter), Timothy (Ann Knechtel), Andrew (Patsy Turner), Elizabeth (Alan McKenzie) and grandfather of Martin, Rebecca, Martha, Jessica, David, Andrea, Caelin and Rhys. Gone to be with his Saviour. Dr. Reeve taught at Bishop's University in his beloved Lennoxville for over twenty-five years and summered at his home away from home in Cacouna, Quebec. The family will receive friends at the Robert J. Reid and Sons Funeral Home, 309 Johnson Street (at Barrie Street) Kingston, on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral service in St. George's Cathedral, King Street East (at Johnson Street) Kingston, on Saturday, September 26, 1998 at 2:30 p.m. Interment Cataraqui Cemetery. The family wishes to extend their thanks and appreciation to the devoted team at the Kingston General Hospital and particularly the Cancer Clinic for their thought, effort and sensitivity.
