GARNEK FURMAN Maria (nee Furman). Passed away on Thursday, September 24, 1998 at the age of ninety-two. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Helen and son-in-law Jean Hetu. Devoted grandmother of Normand (Lise) and Richard (Monique). Also great-grandmother to Genevieve, Amelie and Mathieu Hetu. She will be greatly missed by her brother Martin Furman. Resting at Alfred Dallaire Funeral Home, 3254 Bellechasse. Visitation Sunday, September 27, 1998 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral service at St. Mary's Polish Church, 2550 Gascon Avenue on Monday, September 28, 1998 at 10 a.m. Thence to Notre-Dame des Neiges Cemetery. A special thanks to the personnel on the first floor at the Polish Institute for their excellent care.
