HEWER FRASER Anne-Jane (nee Fraser). Courageously at the Montreal General Hospital on Saturday, October 3, 1998 at the age of seventy-eight years. Beloved mother and grandmother of Beryl, Wayne (Ginette), Carmen (Lark), Darrell, Trudy (Glenn), and Paul. Cherished grandmother of Candle, Christopher, Douglas, Jasmine, Oak, Ginger, Ashleigh, and Jordyn, and great-grandmother of Santanah. Also survived by her dear sister Theresa and brother John, and many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by sisters-in-law Effie and Annie, and dear friend Alice. Also everyone down home. Visitation at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White, 5664 Bannantyne Avenue, Verdun, on Tuesday, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from Saint Thomas More Church. Interment St. Josephs Cemetery, Nova Scotia. Memorial Mass at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
