McGIVERN FLETCHER Ethel (nee Fletcher). Peacefully at the Griffith McConnell Residence on Sunday, October 4, 1998, age eighty-four years. Beloved wife of the late Edwin McGivern. Loving mother of Carole (Brian Dowd), Maureen (David Gedney), and Gary (Lynn Charlebois). Dear sister of Doris Butler of Brampton, Ontario, cherished grandmother of Alison, Kenneth, Kim, Mark, Jesse, and Michael. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends. Resting at Feron's Funeral Home, 1010 Shevchenko Blvd., Lasalle. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John Brebeuf Church, 7777 George Street, Lasalle, on Wednesday, time to be announced. Interment Montreal Memorial Park. Visitation from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Good Samaritan Foundation, c/o the Griffith McConnell Residence, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
