TOOME ALTO Johanna (nee Alto). Departed this life to be with the Lord on October 6, 1998 in her eighty-fifth year. Beloved Tadi of the Toome and Pekk families in Estonia. Born in Tallinn, Estonia, she came to Canada in 1954 with her husband Juhan Toome. She lived in St-Bruno since that time and was employed for many years at the Girls Cottage School there. Her husband predeceased her in 1981. A very active member of Mount Bruno United Church and of the Ecumenical Group of St-Bruno, Johanna touched the hearts of all who knew her. She will be sadly missed by her numerous friends. A memorial service - a celebration of Johanna's life, will take place at Mount Bruno United Church, 25 Lakeview Avenue, St-Bruno on Thursday, October 15, 1998 at 11 a.m. Direction by Urgel Bourgie.
